Beautiful and cataloged etching, by the well-known Flemish artist, dated Frankfurt 1587, from the work of Dirck Barendsz; measures approximately 18x23 cm; signature on the plate below "T. Bern. Amst. invet. / I. Sadeler Sculps. FRANCOFVRT AD MOENV. 1587"; (from Theodor Bernard of Amsterdam) didactic inscription engraved below:

"At tibi cui paret uarijs obnoxius AER
Motibus, ut tua sint mitia regna precor
Sic nos trae euenient spiracla salabria vitae,
Atqz accepta sibi haec commoda luno feret"
