Miguera

Interesting ancient miniature, depicting a landscape with houses and fortifications, and an unusual animated scene in which some people are visible running away or chasing each other on the roof of a house, a man who appears to be pursued by some other men; and another character is visible below, and yet another standing on the tower, visible on the left (the latter seems to be holding a trumpet or perhaps a rifle?), scenography perhaps connected to a historical event that occurred in ancient times; also depicting a tower that could be identified as the ancient medieval tower of Padua which later became the local astronomical observatory; watercolor miniature painting, circular in shape, approximately 7 cm (diameter); an inscription or signature at the bottom could be read as Miquera (or Miguera?).
