F. P. Michetti: Neapolitan View

Color sketch by F. P. Michetti (Tocco da Casauria, 1851 - Francavilla a Mare, 1929) depicting a Neapolitan View. Created on a small sheet attached to a visiting card addressed to a correspondent, the drawing was likely requested by the Vaccarella collectors from Puglia. The visiting card bears a playful note in which the artist suggests that the tribute deserves some Apulian scamorza cheese in return.
